Ecosystem Manager (Web2 & Web3) – Enterprise AI Full-time

Aethir is revolutionizing access to high-performance computing for AI enterprises. We’re seeking a passionate and strategic Enterprise AI Ecosystem Manager to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you’ll be responsible for cultivating a thriving ecosystem around Aethir’s Enterprise AI solutions, fostering collaboration across Web2 and Web3 landscapes. You’ll drive adoption of Aethir’s AI compute offerings through strategic investments, innovative programs, and the development of a robust marketplace for AI and machine learning services.

About the Role:

You’ll be a bridge builder, connecting Aethir with key players in the evolving AI ecosystem. You’ll develop and implement strategies to attract and engage startups, established AI enterprises, and relevant players in the Web3 space. Through targeted investments (backed by Aethir’s Foundation), co-creation initiatives, and integration tool development, you’ll create a network that propels the adoption of Aethir’s high-performance GPUs for Enterprise AI applications.

Responsibilities:

• Web2 & Web3 Ecosystem Strategy:
• Conduct market research to identify promising startups, established AI enterprises, and relevant DAOs within the Web3 space.
• Develop a comprehensive ecosystem strategy to foster collaboration and drive adoption of Aethir’s solutions across Web2 and Web3 landscapes.
• Stay up-to-date on emerging trends in Web3, particularly those related to DePIN and DeAI and their potential for AI development and investment.
• Investment & Partnership Management:
• Oversee Foundation/Dao investment strategies for AI enterprises, identifying opportunities to support the growth and utilization of Aethir’s technology.
• Develop and manage partnership programs with startups and established AI enterprises, offering co-creation opportunities, integration support, and access to Aethir’s GPU resources.
• Negotiate and finalize mutually beneficial agreements with ecosystem partners.
• AI & ML Service Marketplace Development:
• Lead the development and implementation of a user-friendly marketplace for AI and machine learning (ML) services leveraging Aethir’s GPUs.
• Identify and onboard leading AI/ML service providers to the marketplace, ensuring a diverse range of solutions for enterprise users.
• Collaborate with the development team to integrate Aethir’s platform seamlessly with marketplace functionalities.
• Community Building & Engagement:
• Support industry events and conferences to promote Aethir’s solutions and build relationships with key stakeholders in the AI ecosystem.
• Develop and nurture a vibrant online community around Aethir, fostering knowledge sharing and collaboration among AI developers and enterprises.
• Cultivate a strong brand identity for Aethir within the Web2 and Web3 communities, highlighting the potential of Aethir’s technology for decentralized AI applications.
• Integration Tool Development:
• Collaborate with the engineering team (and 3rd parties) to develop or identify tools that simplify integration of Aethir’s GPU platform with existing AI/ML workflows and development environments. Allocate Foundation funds as needed for co-creation where wanted.
• Ensure seamless integration between Aethir’s platform and popular AI frameworks and libraries.

Requirements

• Significant experience in a business development or partnership management role within the technology sector, preferably with a focus on AI or enterprise software.
• Strong understanding of the current Enterprise AI landscape and its evolving trends.
• Emerging knowledge of Web3 concepts, DAOs, and their potential impact on AI development and investment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• A collaborative and results-oriented mindset with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive business growth.
• Experience in developing and managing online communities (a plus).
• Experience working with startups and fostering innovation within the AI space.
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and development tools.
• Passionate about the potential of AI and its impact on various industries.
