Aufgaben The dual study program at Mercedes-Benz not only provides you with a sound academic education and practical experience, but also an essential corporate experience. The campus model allows you to experience the Group up close! In joint training courses and seminars, most of which take place in Stuttgart, you will come together with students from all plants. During your practical assignments in your second and third year of study, you will start at your main plant in Rastatt.
Computer scientists transfer real-world processes to computer systems by converting the task into suitable models and then mapping these onto software systems. They ensure that machines communicate and work even more efficiently with people or other machines in our networked, mobile world
You will spend the theoretical phases at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University in Stuttgart. Important subjects include theoretical computer science, programming, software engineering, databases, computer engineering and mathematics. There are also key qualifications such as business administration, project management, English and law
In the Artificial Intelligence field of study, the following subjects are also essential: Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Technologies, Machine Learning, Data Management, Software Architectures for Big Data
During the practical phases, you will gain experience in areas such as software development, measurement and testing technology, vehicle development, production monitoring and control or IT network support, network administration and data security
