Lead AI-driven client projects and support strategic innovation across finance and supply chain in Japan

Roles/Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Oversee client projects from design through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and client expectations
• Client Engagement: Build strong, trusted relationships with mid- to senior-level client stakeholders, providing insights and ensuring satisfaction
• Solution Development: Contribute to the development of AI and analytics solutions, tailoring approaches to meet specific client needs
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales and senior leadership to identify growth opportunities, supporting business development initiatives
• Team Management: Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a high-performance, client-focused culture

Required skills

• Experience: 10+ years in consulting with a focus on AI, analytics, or digital transformation
• Skills: Fluent in Japanese and English, strong client-facing skills, and hands-on experience in project management and digital solution delivery
