Embark on an exciting journey with PwC’s Digital Audit Business Unit as part of our dedicated Gen AI Pod team, a dynamic and innovative space dedicated to reshaping the future of audits through ground-breaking AI and Machine Learning technologies. Our startup-minded team aims to revolutionise auditing, collaborating closely with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Technical specialists and Audit Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to drive advancements.

What We Do

In the Audit Gen AI Pod, we’re pushing the boundaries of what’s possible. Join us to:

• Manage a range of projects though the various stages of the product lifecycle.
• Oversee the engineering of scalable natural language models empowering Auditors to efficiently analyse extensive document sets.
• Automate audit processes through the application of AI, enhancing the identification of key risk indicators, patterns, and anomalies, ultimately elevating the precision and effectiveness of audit assessments.
• Investigating and researching new ways of working and technological advancements, including use of autonomous agents and leveraging our strategic partnerships.
• Scale out models and solutions to identify and make predictions over vast datasets across a portfolio of clients.

The Role

As a Product/Project Manager in our Audit GenAI team, you will:

• Lead product development and implementation of GenAI led solutions in the audit.
• Coordinate delivery across local and global teams, working remotely with global teams but also co-locating when needed.
• Be a key link between our technical and data specialists and our Audit SMEs to ensure a portfolio of projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Shape machine learning-enabled, Audit applications.
• Provide regular status updates and reporting to key stakeholders, flagging any escalations required and changing the plan where required.
• Lead regular team scrums and catch-up meetings.
• Lead and guide workstreams on projects within your specialisation.
• Assist with managing the pipeline of use cases.
• Prioritise resources and spend based on business needs.
• Manage more junior team members and support with coaching needs.

Core Skills

• Extensive product management or project management experience in the context of software development and ideally in Generative AI.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and other software development methodologies.
• Strong understanding of Gen AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Organisational skills to manage multiple projects and take ownership of tasks, delegating to others where appropriate.
• Strong communication skills, including presenting to senior stakeholders regarding progress – both written and orally. An ability to communicate between the technical and non-technical.
• User focus to understand the aims and objectives of the projects.
• Process improvement – seeking ways to improve how we operate and create efficiencies in the way we work.
