Software Engineer Experience Enhancement:
• Design and implement strategies to optimize the end-to-end software engineer experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure user-friendly tools, documentation, and resources are readily available.
• Identify pain points in the delivery process and implement solutions for continuous improvement.

AI Adoption Leadership:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive plan for promoting AI adoption among software engineers.
• Provide guidance on the integration of AI technologies into existing workflows and applications.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to build a culture of AI innovation.

Technology Evangelism:
• Act as a thought leader, representing the company in conferences, webinars, and other industry events.
• Foster a community of software engineers through active engagement on
• forums, social media, and other relevant channels.
• Collaboration and Relationship Building:
• Forge strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand software engineer needs and industry trends.
• Work closely with product teams to align development practices with AI capabilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum 10 years of experience
• Proven experience in developer experience enhancement and AI technology adoption.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of AI technologies and their application in software development.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• With knowledge on Machine Learning and had extensive experience on programming (python, java, golang, android, ios, h5) and IT management
