Job Description

• Develop a comprehensive AI/ML and Generative AI strategy that integrates with the overall enterprise architecture and business goals.
• Design and implement AI/ML models and Generative AI solutions to enhance decision-making, automate processes, and create new product features.
• Lead the evaluation and selection of AI technologies, tools, and platforms, ensuring they meet our requirements for scalability, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to identify AI use cases and define requirements for AI-driven projects.
• Establish best practices for AI development, including data management, model training, testing, and deployment.
• Oversee the ethical considerations of AI implementations, ensuring compliance with data privacy laws and ethical guidelines.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI/ML and Generative AI, evaluating emerging technologies for potential application within the organization.
• Advocate for a culture of AI literacy across the organization, providing training and resources to empower teams to leverage AI technologies.
• Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of AI projects, providing technical guidance and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Primary Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML, with a proven track record of designing and deploying successful AI/ML solutions.
• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and their practical applications.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Proficiency in programming languages used in AI/ML development (e.g., Python, R).
• Deep understanding of Generative AI technologies and their application in business contexts.
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI/ML services (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google Cloud AI) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
