About this role:

In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging your technical expertise and industry knowledge to deliver data-driven solutions that drive business value for our clients in various sectors. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative strategies, utilizing advanced analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence technologies.

The key responsibilities may include:

Strategic and structured thinking: Understand and digest strategic agenda of clients’ ask and breakdown business problems with logic structure.

Client Engagement: Be able to face clients’ management and leadership team to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities in leveraging data and digital technologies for competitive advantage.

Industry knowledge: Be familiar with healthcare (pharmaceutical or medical device) and consumer goods industry from either consulting project experience or corporate in-house experience.

Solution Design: Design tailored solutions that address client needs and deliver measurable business outcomes, leveraging your expertise in data analytics, AI/ML, and digital transformation.

Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of complex datasets to derive actionable insights and recommendations, utilizing tools such as Python, R, SQL, and visualization libraries.

Model Development: Develop predictive models, algorithms, and machine learning pipelines to solve business problems and optimize decision-making processes.

Implementation Support: Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions, providing guidance and support throughout the deployment process.

Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in applied intelligence, contributing to thought leadership initiatives and sharing knowledge internally and with clients.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s / mater’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital consulting, data analytics, or related roles, preferably in the healthcare or consumer goods industries.
• Proficiency in written and speaking English in working environment.
• Experience in programming languages such as Python
• Strong understanding of data manipulation, statistical analysis, and machine learning techniques.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
