In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team leveraging your technical acumen and passion for data to drive strategic decision-making through compelling visualizations and analytics. You will be pivotal in crafting and maintaining Power BI solutions that empower stakeholders with actionable insights, while also enhancing business efficiency through Power Apps and Power Automate.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into insightful data visualizations and reports.

• Develop interactive Power BI dashboards that analyze and interpret data, identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for strategic improvements.

• Utilize Power Query, DAX, and M languages to collate data from diverse sources, ensuring optimal data analysis capabilities.

• Optimize Power BI data models for performance and scalability, enhancing data retrieval and processing efficiencies.

• Create custom Power Apps to streamline business workflows and address specific operational needs.

• Implement Power Automate flows to automate repetitive tasks and integrate systems, boosting overall productivity.

• Integrate Power BI solutions with Microsoft and third-party applications to establish seamless data pipelines and strengthen data governance.

• Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and debugging of Power BI reports and datasets.

• Provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders, including training on Power BI usage and best practices.

• Stay updated on the latest advancements in Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate, proposing innovative solutions for continuous improvement.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience in designing and developing Power BI reports and dashboards, or recent graduation with relevant internships or projects.

• Proficiency in Power Query, DAX, and M languages for data modelling.

• Familiarity with data visualization principles and best practices.

• Knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate for process automation and application development.

• Exposure to Microsoft Office 365 and Azure services.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively across teams.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

• Ability to thrive in ambiguity.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Project management experience and exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage

• Experience with collaboration and facilitation techniques

• Knowledge of project planning techniques
