You’ll break new ground by…

• Collaborative AI Development: Collaborate closely with data engineers, data scientists, and domain specialists to construct scalable and dependable AI applications spanning predictive maintenance, visual quality inspection, and sales forecasting.
• Client Interaction and Technical Translation: Interact directly with clients to elucidate business requirements and translate them into technical solutions, crafting advanced machine-learning models tailored for analyzing extensive and complex datasets.
• Ownership of Software Components: Assume responsibility for software components, ensuring their reliability and scalability while contributing to the design of the overarching architecture.
• Stakeholder Communication: Articulate findings to stakeholders across all levels of seniority, ranging from top management to product managers and end users, fostering informed decision-making and strategic alignment.
• Continuous Learning and Innovation: Stay abreast of cutting-edge research and technological advancements to develop powerful machine-learning solutions, perpetually enhancing our capacity for innovation and adaptation.

You’ll win us over by…

• Educational Background: Outstanding academic background (Master’s/Ph. D./MBA from a top business school or equivalent experience), specializing in computer science, mathematics, physics, or a related field.
• Practical Experience: At least two internships or up to two years of work experience at a management consultancy (preferred), renowned industrial or technology company, or a start-up with a track record of excellence in data science, data engineering and cloud architecture, software engineering, industrial IoT, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Profound knowledge of modern programming languages (i.e., Python) and machine-learning frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• General Consulting Skills: Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills, coupled with a strong entrepreneurial approach.
• International Experience: Exposure to international environments during your professional journey, studies, or internships.
• Language: Fluent in English (min. C1)
• Team Spirit: High levels of social competence, passion and a team-oriented approach.

For focus on Data Science: hands-on experience with ML frameworks, benchmarking, evaluating, and tuning algorithms are crucial for crafting optimal solutions to real business challenges.

For focus on Data Engineering and Cloud Architecture: Proficiency in cloud application hosting (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), ETL pipelines, metadata management, DevOps, virtualization, containerization, and infrastructure-as-a-service is crucial.

For focus on Industrial IoT: Expertise in deep-learning architectures for time series analysis, computer vision, recommender systems, and cloud-based AI solutions is key; familiarity with industrial standards and devices is advantageous.
