Consultant -Business Consulting-AI Transformation Full-time

Responsibilities

You will primarily be responsible for managing, running, and delivering engagements and will also help the practice leadership in business expansion, asset creation and other firm level activities.
• 75-80% of the day you will work with client and internal stakeholders to deliver engagement wearing one or multiple hats – a. strategist,
b. value realization expert,
c. project manager,
d. track lead,
e. program manager
• Nature of engagements will involve business transformation through enablement of Digital or Data platforms
• Conversational AI
• Target operating model design
• Maturity assessment, benchmarking and Strategy & roadmap for enterprise-wide process revamp using our proprietary OPQ framework Or helping them in
• 5-15% of the day you will work on business expansion activities like preparing proposal responses, working on proactive pitches, collaborating with colleagues on building new assets/offerings, collaborating with colleagues on thought leadership/industry outlook
• 5-10% of the day on reinventing yourself by learning/acquiring new soft/hard skills
• 5-10% of the day you will invest in mentoring other consultants in the team and provide guidance on their career aspiration.
• The path to the next level is by demonstrating their capabilities with activities for the next level & role maturity.
