Your mission will be…

• Participate in a comprehensive curriculum covering topics such as data visualization, automation, security, and agile methodologies
• Work on real-world use cases across different Siemens business areas, applying AI and data-driven solutions.
• Engage in hands-on projects, peer code reviews, and presentations to sharpen technical and soft skills
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to a “One Tech Company” approach
• Receive regular feedback and mentorship from experienced Siemens professionals
• Demonstrate growth and potential during the program

We are looking for someone with…

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, engineering, or a related technical field
• Strong programming skills and experience with languages like Python, Java, or C++
• Solid foundation in data engineering, data modeling, cloud computing, and machine learning
• Passion for emerging technologies like generative AI and a desire to explore their real-world applications
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and adapt to new challenges

What you can expect from us…

A 12-month internship with allowance on a hybrid and flexible working model designed to enhance your work-life balance while supporting your studies. The opportunity to do 16 hours a year of volunteer work, plus the chance to join sports groups. A health insurance and access to our on-site medical center.

In addition, you’ll have access to online learning platforms, discounts with our partners and a shuttle bus to commute to the facilities.
