About Ollie.ai:

At Ollie.ai, we believe every family will have an AI assistant that removes the mental load of running a household – a Family OS. Today this “invisible load” disproportionately falls on women and spans everything from planning what the family will eat for dinner, to clothing the kids, scheduling and coordinating appointments, planning travel and home maintenance. We’re at an exciting stage taking our use case of weekly menu and grocery planning to market and finding product-market fit. We’re backed by AI2 Incubator and Khosla Ventures, and looking for a CTO who shares our passion for Generative AI and creating an AI assistant for families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and scaling of our consumer web/mobile applications.
• Make strategic technical decisions and manage the full technology stack.
• Work hands-on in coding and infrastructure management in the early stages.
• Manage our talented technical team
• Recruit an exceptionally talented technical team as our needs grow
• Report to the CEO and collaborate closely with the CMO and Product Designer to take a world-class product to market
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

What we’re looking for:

• Extensive experience in building, deploying, and scaling consumer web and mobile applications
• Passionate about Generative AI with hands on experience leveraging large language models
• Significant experience building machine learning, search or recommender systems
• Obsessed with building incredible user experiences
• Entrepreneurial and driven to build a world-class consumer product company
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Unwavering determination to succeed.
• Previous experience in a startup environment is a plus.
