• Understands how to be Agile and realizes the fact that requirements will change with time and how to adapt the changes without breaking cadence of the team.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Work in Agile and well versed with Scrum methodologies.
• Innovative thinking that can break down barriers and provide unique solutions
• Firm grasp of development methodologies, particularly agile development Strong skills at process definition and optimization, developing and building upon best practices
• Critical reasoning skills, Decision making skills
• Strong analysis, problem solving, organizational, and consultative skills.
• Client and results focus; ability to work with clients to understand and respond based on need
• Effective time management; ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects

• Prior experience working on AI based applications will be an added advantage.

What you must bring (Experience)
• 5+ Years of industry experience in IT industry as Business Analyst
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• MBA/PGDM – Any Specialization
• CBAP Certified (preferred)
• Basic understanding of information technology and business concepts
• Familiarity with general business functions

Responsibilities
• Requirement Modelling and analysis, outlining problems.
• Creating detailed business & system requirements documents.
• Opportunities and solutions for business / enabling functions.
• Work with development teams communicating the requirements to the development team
• Will be responsible for undertaking User acceptance trainings
• Work with stakeholders and teams for platform roll out
