Mission:

Identify, engage, and qualify potential clients to fuel the sales pipeline and support the growth of Rocket Code in the Mexican market.
Responsibilities

• Lead Generation and Qualification:
• Conduct research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers in target industries.
• Initiate contact with leads through cold calls, emails, and social media platforms to generate interest in Rocket Code’s solutions.
• Qualify leads by understanding their needs and assessing if they align with Rocket Code’s offerings.
• Pipeline Development:
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by consistently generating and qualifying leads.
• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the Business Development Executive (BDE) and sales team.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing team to align on campaigns and leverage resources to engage potential clients.
• Provide detailed lead information and insights to the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Client Engagement:
• Establish strong relationships with prospects, acting as the first point of contact to represent Rocket Code professionally and effectively.
• Address initial inquiries and provide basic information about Rocket Code’s products and services.
• Market Insights:
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to better understand the needs of potential clients.
• Share insights with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies.
• Reporting:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and activities in the CRM system.
• Report on lead generation metrics and progress toward goals.

Requirements

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
• Experience:
• At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a similar role.
• Experience in the technology or B2B sector is a plus.
• Skills and Competencies:
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
• Excellent research and analytical skills to identify and qualify leads effectively.
• Proactive and results-driven, with the ability to meet and exceed lead generation targets.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales automation software is an advantage.
• Languages:
• Fluent in Spanish; basic proficiency in English is preferred.
• Work Modality:
• Onsite role in CDMX.
