Blockchain AI Engineer Full-time

We are hiring for one of our ecosystem projects. We are looking for an experienced Blockchain AI Engineer to focus on the development and maintenance of smart contracts, particularly those written in Solidity.

Job Description:

• Smart Contract Development: Designing, writing, and deploying smart contracts on various blockchain layers, with a strong emphasis on the execution layer.
• Solidity Expertise: Proficient in Solidity, ensuring secure and efficient contract execution.
• Blockchain Architecture: Understanding of how different layers of blockchain technology interact, including consensus mechanisms, layer 1 and layer 2 solutions.
• Deployment and Maintenance: Managing the deployment of smart contracts on blockchain networks, with a focus on performance optimization and security.
• Testing and Security: Writing comprehensive tests for smart contracts and performing security audits to prevent vulnerabilities.
• Collaboration: Working closely with other developers, data scientists, and project managers to integrate AI solutions with blockchain technology for enhancing our platform’s functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement smart contracts using Solidity.
• Ensure the scalability, efficiency, and security of blockchain solutions.
• Maintain and update existing smart contracts on the blockchain.
• Collaborate on integrating AI with blockchain to enhance data integrity and automation.
• Document technical details and project progress for internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest blockchain technologies, standards, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Master’s / PhD in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in blockchain development, with a focus on smart contracts in Solidity.
• Deep understanding of blockchain protocols, specifically Ethereum or compatible blockchains.
• Experience with blockchain development frameworks like Truffle, Hardhat, or similar.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for blockchain deployments.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language beyond Solidity (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Go).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex blockchain concepts to non-technical team members.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AI model integration in blockchain environments.
• Knowledge of other blockchain platforms like Polkadot, Cosmos, etc.
• Familiarity with decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols.
