You start your day with a meeting internal team to evaluate their work and plan for the complete day on different projects task.

Now it’s time to start with a bigger implementation task: A new demand has been issued by the customer. You use the rest of the day to understand the required technical details and make a first draft of the design of the required new solution together with the team you are working in.

With your deep understanding of the capabilities of the technology stack you need to facilitate engagements with key collaborators and helping to solve impediments to deliver data use cases to achieve business value and our vision to become a data driven company.

How You’ll Make an Impact / Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical specifications for AI-based applications.
• Develop and manage applications using Azure OpenAI services. Work on generative AI model encompassing text, image, video.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies when handling sensitive information.
• Monitor and maintain AI solutions within the Azure environment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Keep current with Azure AI services updates as well as industry trends to continuously improve AI offerings.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions on Azure AI technologies to promote use of AI on the organization.

What You Bring / Skills, Capabilities
You should be an experienced (5+) IT professional with your graduation in Engineering or equivalent knowledge (MCA) and have a strong background in AI technologies, including a minimum of 1 year specializing in the development and application of generative AI technologies.
Technical Skills & Experience

• Possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in the Azure cloud platform and Python.
• Have in-depth knowledge of AI technologies with respect to OpenAI’s ChatGPT large language models.
• Experience in Designing & implementing generative AI solutions on the Azure cloud platform for at least one year.
• Have strong knowledge on Python including but not limited to NLP algorithms such as Tokenization, Sentiment Analysis, Text Classification, Word Embeddings etc. Knowledge of file processing frameworks like Panda and file data modeling.
• Hands-on experience on RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) model for NLP tasks like creation of chatbots using Azure AI services like Azure AI Search, Azure Storage etc.
• Expertise in a variety of Azure Cognitive Services, including but not limited to Text Analytics, Translator Text, and Form Recognizer.
• Good Knowledge on containerization using Docker/Kubernetes and Version Control using GitHub / GitLab.
• Basic understanding of Azure Networking concepts such as Virtual Network, Subnet, Firewall, Load Balancers, Express Route etc.
• Proficiency in developing front-end user interfaces with technologies such as React and experience with Azure Machine Learning are valuable assets.
• Proficiency in integrating with various cloud platforms and applications, such as Snowflake, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
