Position Description:

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Azure AI Engineer/Architect having 5 to 9 years of experience to join our team and lead the development of innovative AI solutions. Your expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and data analysis will be critical in creating intelligent and transformative AI applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, test, and deploy AI projects that drive innovation and provide value in the rapidly evolving field of artificial intelligence. Job Description
• Design and implement AI solutions using Microsoft Azure services such as Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, and Bot Framework.
• Develop and deploy machine learning models using Python, R, or other programming languages.
• Collaborate with data scientists and business stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI use cases.
• Optimize and fine-tune machine learning models to improve accuracy and performance.
• Implement data pipelines and data processing workflows using Azure Data Factory or other tools.
• Develop and deploy chatbots and virtual assistants using Azure Bot Framework.
• Implement natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision solutions using Azure Cognitive Services.
• Monitor and troubleshoot AI solutions to ensure high availability and performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies and trends, and evaluate their potential impact on the business.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and provide guidance and training on AI solutions.

Optional Requirements
• Understanding of Databases [Oracle, MS SQL, Cassandra], etc
• Microsoft copilot
• Experience in service industry automation across diverse domains such as banking and telecom.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira and Git.
