AVP, Service Line Sales Leader – North America 50 to 75% travel

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: AVP, Service Line Sales Leader, AI/ML Analytics & Data

Basic Qualifications:
• Solid experience leading a business growth / sales function and team and ownership of quotas/targets
• Experience selling large data management, analytics, and AI deals across multiple industries.
• Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively with business stakeholders in the C-Suite.
• Experience with largescale consulting and program execution engagements in the data analytics and AI space.
• In depth understanding of the 360-degree aspects of the data and insights life cycle across the business value chain.
• Strong technical skills with ability to find technical solutions to business problems and engage the potential customer with “consultative selling”.
• Knowledge of industry trends, customer pain points, potential opportunities in various areas like cloud, AI/ML, modern data architecture, data governance, IoT and intelligent automations are highly desirable.
• Experience with data migration, data management, governance analytics and reporting.
• Strong exposure to selling Data solutions on Azure, AWS, and GCP platforms.
• Sound knowledge on Snowflake, Databricks, Informatica and other leading Data Products.
• Experience with leading Visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik etc.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
• MBA or master’s degree from a top-ranked institution.
• Knowledge in enterprise data management architecture and principles, master data management, data governance and data quality on cloud hyperscalers ( Azure,AWS, GCP )
• Knowledge in data modernization, Cloud, data migration and digital transformation

EDUCATION:
• Management/ Business/ Economics; master’s degree is preferred.
