As a key member of our team, you’ll collaborate directly with the founding members to enhance our core RAG pipeline continually. This involves iterating on the evaluation suite and implementing cutting-edge techniques like fine-tuning cross-encoders. Additionally, you’ll benefit from the guidance of prominent academics in the field, including advisors like Douwe Kiela, the original RAG paper author.
