Job Description

Education and Work Experience Requirements:• 6 to 8 years of experience as Data Scientist• Algorithmic fairness evaluation of NLP models• Ability to define and interpret model’s performance objectively through standard metrics.• Should have in-depth knowledge on Explainability techniques like-LIME, SHAP, Attention mechanism Layer-wise Relevance Propagation.• Understanding of data drift mechanisms (data drift, concept drift, label drift)• Good knowledge of advanced statistical methods – Kolomogrov , Jensen shanon, weisterna, KL divergence• Strong oops and python clean code practices• Experience working with Text and numeric Data.• Expertise with one of the following scripting languages:o Python, R, Tensorflow, Keras, Pytorcho OpenNLP, CoreNLP, WordNet, NLTK, SpaCy, Gensim, Large Language Models, Knowledge Graphs• Knowledge of NLP algorithms that can handle various NLP tasks such as intent recognition, entity extraction, language modeling, text classification, question answering, text summarization, topic modeling and usage of transformer-based models.• Proactively research, identify and develop new metrics in field of Responsible AIAdditional Information:

• A Master’s or PhD is preferred (Computer Science / Machine Learning / Statistics etc) from tier 1 institutions. If Bachelors, Machine Learning or Computer Science specialization only
• Good to have skills :
• Knowledge in Python packaging and containers – like Dockerization
• Knowledge in Cloud development – AWS/Azure
• Knowledge in DevOps CI/CD pipelines
