What You’ll Do:

You’ll architect a system that transforms raw knowledge into evolving intelligence. This isn’t about building databases-it’s about creating neural pathways that grow, adapt, and generate new insights. Your architecture will turn today’s discoveries into catalysts for tomorrow’s breakthroughs, breeding new knowledge from existing patterns.

But you won’t build this alone. Your greatest innovation will be in creating and orchestrating a workforce of AI agents that extend far beyond traditional automation. These digital experts will harvest insights across the industry, see patterns humans miss, and transform discoveries into new capabilities. Each breakthrough cascades through the system, spawning new agents with enhanced understanding.

As this collective intelligence grows, you’ll guide its evolution toward ever-greater discovery. Each generation of agents becomes smarter than the last, forming connections humans never imagined. Who You Are:

• You’re comfortable being deeply wrong and learning from spectacular failures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Preferred: Advanced degrees (Master’s or PhD) in AI, Knowledge Management, Systems Engineering, or Cognitive Science.
• Proven track record of building complex AI/ML systems or knowledge frameworks.
• At least 1+ years of experience in developing and deploying AI systems, knowledge architectures, or related technologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI development (e.g., Python, Java etc.).
• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, knowledge representation techniques and neural networks,
• Strong skills in data modeling, ontology creation, and semantic reasoning.
• Knowledge of secure system design to ensure data integrity and prevent misuse of AI systems.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to address undefined or ambiguous challenges.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Some travel may be required.

Highly Desirable:

Research & Development:

• Publications or patents in AI, knowledge systems, or related areas.
• Contributions to open-source projects in machine learning or knowledge engineering.

Industry Experience:

• Hands-on experience with AI-powered knowledge management tools like knowledge graphs, large language models, or agent-based systems.
• Exposure to dynamic industries, such as e-commerce, where knowledge intelligence drives innovation.
• Experience creating, building using graph db in production and research environments.
