Job Description & Summary

The ITBC team at PwC Poland is made up of 100 experts who deal extensively with merging the world of technology with the world of taxation. Our main domain is projects implementing PwC’s proprietary tax reporting solution and KSeF (Taxolite), as well as projects in the area of tax requirements of ERP systems, or tax process automation. Our area of expertise also includes dedicated technology solutions for taxes. We take responsibility for major technology projects in the tax area for customers in Poland and abroad.

We are looking for:
AI Tech Lead – Business Solutions

Your future role:

• Translating business challenges into AI use cases and actionable technical solutions,
• Collaborating on the development of an AI strategy that aligns with long-term organizational goals,
• Defining and overseeing the design of AI-driven solutions, ensuring they address business needs effectively,
• Evaluating and recommending AI tools, platforms, and frameworks that align with business objectives,
• Leading proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives to validate AI solutions and demonstrating their potential impact,
• Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, from ideation and development to deployment and monitoring,
• Driving the exploration of innovative AI applications that can differentiate the organization in the market.

Apply if you have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field,
• Proven experience leading AI initiatives focused on solving business challenges and delivering measurable outcomes in the corporate environment,
• Strong understanding of AI concepts and trends in LLMs, machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics.

Nice to have:

• Understanding of data governance, compliance, and ethical AI practices,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on business impact,
• Experience in strategic consulting, product management, or a similar role.
