• Build and lead high-performing teams to deliver impactful modernization initiatives across industries and geographies
• Drive business development by identifying new opportunities and leading proposal development for AI and modernization services
• Represent the organization as a thought leader in AI and enterprise transformation at industry events and forums
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning to stay ahead of technology trends

• Proven expertise in leading strategic IT modernization projects with a focus on AI adoption
