AI Strategy Analyst Full-time

The AI Strategy Analyst will be responsible for analyzing how profit centers within Starr companies can best utilize Artificial Intelligence to improve efficiency and profitability. As an AI Strategy Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements. You will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for AI implementation, and developing a roadmap for execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and identify areas where AI can be implemented to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
• Develop AI strategies that align with business goals.
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for AI implementation.
• Develop a roadmap for AI implementation.
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement AI solutions.
• Monitor the performance of AI systems and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in AI technology and identify opportunities for innovation.
• Develop reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in AI strategy development, business analysis, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of AI technologies and their applications in the insurance industry.
• Experience with project management and implementation of AI solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
