We are seeking a talented and experienced AI strategist to join our team and play a pivotal role in helping clients identify the most meaningful opportunities and strategies for unlocking the power of AI.

As a leader in our AI-ML team, you’ll take a lead role in partnering with strategic clients to develop pragmatic use cases and opportunities to leveraging AI-ML to further their business. You’ll develop approaches to solve complex business problems using new ways of thinking, and devise solutions to support your clients’ needs with the full AI “toolkit”. You will help clients make build-buy decisions for technology and develop a roadmap for adoption. You’ll foster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market. You will also be a mentor and provide growth and development to teams as you oversee the successful completion of project work.

What Will Help You Be Successful:

• As an AI Strategist, you will be the tip of the spear for solving clients’ AI initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create, visualize, and develop actionable approaches for implementing state-of-the-art AI solutions for our clients.
• You understand AI-ML technologies and their potential and are experienced in creation of AI product definitions and AI adoption roadmaps.
• You are passionate about unlocking business value through technology and help align key technical AI-ML capabilities to functional use cases to deliver quantifiable value.
• You design innovative AI solutions and frameworks, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and technical feasibility.
• You collaborate well with key stakeholders, uncovering key business objectives and requirements to translate them into actionable AI use case recommendations.
• You stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, data science, cloud computing, and related technologies. You are passionate about lifelong learning.
• You are seen as a valued contributor to thought leadership and encourage knowledge-sharing and collaboration across teams.
• You have interest in contributing to the preparation of client proposals and strategies to win new business.
• You excel at identifying opportunities to integrate product solutions and resources to improve client service capabilities.
• You have interest in working with a diverse portfolio of clients across industries.

Do Your Talents Include the Following?

• Proven experience (7+ years) as an AI strategist or similar role.
• Experience developing AI or ML strategies and roadmaps to provide actionable execution sequencing and priorities.
• Experience as a Product Owner for one or more high-value AI products or services, defining the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.
• Familiarity with product management methodologies such as Agile, Lean, Scrum, Kanban, etc.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure and GCP.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and clients, including an ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet key deadlines in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior data scientists and analysts, fostering a culture of learning and development within the team.

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in strategic planning within a technology context or similar role involving product management.
• Professional Certifications are a plus.

Our Hybrid Workplace

Protiviti practices a hybrid model, which is a combination of working in person with a purpose and working remotely. This model creates meaningful experiences for our people and our clients while offering a flexible environment. The ratio of remote to in-person requirements vary by client, project, team, and other business factors. Our people work both in-person in local Protiviti offices and on client sites, which can include local or out-of-state travel based on our projects and client requests and commitments.

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.
$155,000.00 – $248,000.00

Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.

The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job.
$176,700.00 – $282,720.00

Employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverages, FSA and HSA healthcare accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption and fertility assistance, paid parental leave up to 10 weeks, and short/long term disability. We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions. We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year. Protiviti also recognizes up to 11 paid holidays each calendar year.
