We are hiring an AI Specialist

Hybrid working model – Novi Sad or Belgrade office

As AI Specialist, you’ll contribute to developing Data Science/AI/ML solutions in highly complex areas. Join us!

You will contribute to our experienced IT team and:

• Develop prototypes and operational software systems that employ Artificial Intelligence
• Develop innovative concepts and solutions applied to financial services
• Transform business ideas and problems into AI solutions
• Design and implement complex algorithms
• Work within a distributed international team

You are a great candidate for us if you have:

• 4+ years of experience in Software Development
• Strong experience with Python
• Proficiency in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, Large Language Models, and Computer Vision
• Minimum of a BA/BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Goal-oriented mindset and good communication skills
• Fluency in English
