AI Solutions Strategist (Contract Role) Full-time

Job Description

On behalf of my client based in Cork I’m looking for an AI Solutions Strategist to join their growing team.

This is a 6 month contract with the opportunity to be extended.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with key business stakeholders to identify and define opportunities for AI-driven innovation that align with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Convert business requirements and experimental results into actionable AI use cases.
• Partner with the AI architecture team to design and develop AI solutions that meet business needs and enhance operational efficiency.
• Act as the AI product manager, prioritizing and defining key AI initiatives based on their business impact and feasibility.
• Support the AI & RPA Manager in creating an operational framework for the AI team, ensuring it aligns with organizational goals and industry best practices.
• Keep up-to-date with advancements in AI technology, expanding knowledge of emerging trends and tools.
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive the adoption of AI solutions and foster a culture of innovation within the organization.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, promoting a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in technical analysis with a focus on AI technologies and solutions.
• AI Expertise: Strong understanding of AI concepts, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Experience in defining and prioritizing AI initiatives, preferably in a product management role.
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve successful outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience with AI operational models and best practices is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
