AI Solutions Engineer Full-time

Are you an AI specialist ready to drive innovation? We’re seeking an AI Solutions Engineer with expertise in AI technologies, including Azure Document Intelligence! Join us in Athens, Heraklion, Rethymnon, or remotely to design, implement, and maintain AI-driven solutions for a critical e-Government project.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and develop AI models and solutions using various AI technologies and frameworks;
• Implement and optimize AI-based document processing solutions using Azure Document Intelligence;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing products and services;
• Analyze and preprocess large datasets to train and validate AI models;
• Deploy and maintain AI models in production environments, ensuring scalability and performance;
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI solutions, making necessary adjustments and improvements;
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies;
• Provide technical guidance and support to other team members on AI-related projects;
• Conduct research and feasibility studies to explore new AI opportunities and applications.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications:

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software or Electrical Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field;
• Proven experience in developing and deploying AI solutions;
• Strong proficiency with AI technologies and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, ML.NET, or similar;
• Experience with Azure Document Intelligence and other Azure AI services;
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, or similar;
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision;
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques;
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and analytically;
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment;
• Fluency in oral and written English.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience with other AI-related technologies and tools like Wav2Vec etc. ;
• Understanding of software development best practices and version control systems (e.g., Git);
• Experience with agile methodologies and practices;
• Certification in AI/ML or related fields is a plus.
