Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated AI Solutions Engineer to join us As an AI Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for exploring the new capabilities of the latest launches of OpenAI and other Language Model Models (LLMs), including China Local AI. You will collaborate closely with our Global Center of Excellence (COE) and Engineering Team to design innovative technical solutions. Additionally, you will address improvements and provide operational support for existing solutions.

Responsibilities:

Explore New Capabilities:

Stay updated with the latest advancements in OpenAI and other LLMs, including China Local AI.

Conduct research and experiments to identify new capabilities and potential applications for our organization.

Evaluate the feasibility and impact of integrating these technologies into our existing systems.

Collaboration:

Work closely with our Global COE and Engineering Team to design and develop innovative solutions that leverage AI technologies.

Collaborate on solution architecture, technical design, and implementation plans.

Ensure seamless integration of AI capabilities into our products and services.

Address Improvement and Operation Support:

Identify areas of improvement in our existing AI solutions and propose enhancements.

Provide operational support for the ongoing maintenance and performance optimization of AI systems.

Solve issues, analyze performance metrics, and implement fixes to ensure smooth operation.

Documentation and Reporting:

Create detailed documentation of AI solutions, including technical specifications, system configurations, and solving guides.

Prepare regular reports on the performance, usage, and impact of AI solutions.

Communicate findings, recommendations, and progress updates to partners.

Requirements:

Strong AI Background:

Solid understanding of AI concepts, machine learning algorithms, and natural language processing techniques.

Familiarity with OpenAI and other LLMs, including China Local AI, is highly desirable.

Knowledge of AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

Technical Expertise:

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.

Experience with data processing, statistical analysis, and machine learning algorithms.

Familiarity with cloud platforms and services, such as AWS or Azure.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to analyze complex problems and devise innovative AI solutions.

Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills to address improvement and operational support tasks effectively.

Collaboration and Communication:

Excellent collaboration and social skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Global COE and Engineering teams.

Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical team members.

Continuous Learning:

Enthusiasm for staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technologies.

Proactive in seeking new learning opportunities and acquiring new skills.
