Senior Managers partner with our clients to solve complex business problems and provide best in class advice and solutions. Senior Managers have a solid understanding of their client’s business and demonstrate technical competence in their solution and industry. Senior Managers can clearly articulate the value drivers of our business and are responsible for developing opportunities both at existing clients and new clients. Senior Managers are responsible for job economics and for ensuring seamless project management. Senior Managers are developing future contacts within the business community and serve as ambassadors of Protiviti in the market.

What Will Help You Be Successful:

• As an Senior Manager – AI Technical Architect, you will be at the forefront of our AI initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement state-of-the-art AI solutions for our clients.
• You collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into comprehensive AI solution designs.
• You leverage your expertise in cloud platforms to architect scalable, reliable, and cost-effective AI-enabled systems.
• You provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle. You guide and mentor development teams, data scientists, and engineers in implementing best practices for AI solution development, deployment, and maintenance.
• You utilize your in-depth knowledge of AWS, GCP and Azure services to architect solutions that leverage cloud-based infrastructure, services, and tools.
• You ensure optimal utilization of cloud resources to achieve high performance and cost efficiency.
• You ensure security, privacy, and compliance considerations are addressed in all stages of development.
• You stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, cloud computing, and related technologies. Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and methodologies that enhance the capabilities of our AI solutions.
• You have an inherent interest in project management and team leadership.
• You promote a positive team culture that fosters open communication among all engagement team members.
• You create development opportunities for others, including participating in the creation and rollout of training, and ways for your team to improve our clients and communities.
• You have interest in contributing to the preparation of client proposals and strategies to win new business.
• You excel at identifying opportunities to integrate product solutions and resources to improve client service capabilities.
• You have interest in working with a diverse portfolio of clients across industries.

Do Your Talents Include the Following?

• Proven experience (7+ years) as a Technical Architect, Solution Architect, or similar role in AI solution design and implementation.
• Experience integrating AI and machine learning components into existing or new systems, ensuring seamless interaction between AI models and other software components.
• Expertise in Solution design, technical leadership, cloud expertise, AI integration, emerging technologies, client collaboration.
• Extensive hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS and Azure.
• Strong background in AI, machine learning, and deep learning concepts.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and deployment technologies.
• Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network, including with senior executives.
• Successfully pursuing business development opportunities and identifying and implementing strategies to obtain new work or clientele.
• Leadership and direct supervisory experience of teams including conducting performance appraisals, mentoring, and coaching, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate.

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Decision Science, Applied Math or equivalent preferred.
• 7+ years in a related field; preferably in professional services and/or industry
• Professional Certifications such as AWS and Azure (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus.

Protiviti operates in a hybrid environment. Travel can occur throughout the month based upon client requests/commitments. Travel may include suburban, regional, or out of state locations.

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.
$155,000.00 – $248,000.00

Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.

The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job.
$176,700.00 – $282,720.00

Employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverages, FSA and HSA healthcare accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption and fertility assistance, paid parental leave up to 10 weeks, and short/long term disability. We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions. We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year. Protiviti also recognizes up to 11 paid holidays each calendar year.
