We are currently seeking a AI Solution Lead Consultant to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

As an AI Solution Lead Consultant with NTT DATA, you will serve as the connective tissue between client stakeholders and technical delivery teams. This role requires a solid understanding of AI technologies from a functional perspective, coupled with strong project management and business analysis skills. The ideal candidate is adept at managing projects in an Agile environment, capturing and refining use case requirements, and driving stakeholder engagement throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with clients and solution architects to capture and refine AI use case requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Engagement Management: Oversee project schedules, identify and manage issues and risks, allocate resources effectively, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Feedback Facilitation: Lead user feedback sessions for each use case iteration to ensure continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
• Agile Facilitation: Organize and lead Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint demos, and retrospectives.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as the liaison between business and technical teams, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in managing complex projects, preferably in a consulting or technology-driven environment.
• 4+years of hands-on experience leading Agile teams.
• Ability to travel at least 25%

Preferred Skills:

• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, with the ability to communicate their business applications.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Certification in Agile (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist) or Project Management
• Experience working in a consulting environment or delivering enterprise AI solutions.
• Undergraduate degree or graduate degree preferred.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $145,000.00 -$200,000.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
