Description:
GlobalLogic is inviting a senior leader to join its Communication sales team. You will become one of the contributors to the success and growth of our business in innovative solutions development. The main focus will be towards one of telecom streams with our key customer, which is a world-leading provider of 5G telecom solutions, software and services to CSPs all over the globe.
As an AI Solution Architect, you will participate in Telco customer pre-sales activities, including developing AI offering materials and engaging with customers to understand their needs, presenting tailored solutions, and demonstrating the potential impact of AI technologies.
Requirements:
Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
Strong experience in designing and implementing AI, GenAI & Machine Learning systems in a production environment.
Strong competence in GenAI, and Reinforcement learning and RAG.
Production Experience with LLMs: Proven experience in researching, building, and fine-tuning large language models in production
Environments for specific Telco industry Software and Use cases development.
Profound knowledge of machine learning algorithms, including but not limited to supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning,
Familiarity with MLOps principles and tools to streamline the ML lifecycle from development to production.
Proficient in programming languages used in data science and ML, primarily Python and R.
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
Cloud:
Experience with some of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and understanding of how to leverage their AI & ML services.
Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) for deploying of AI & ML solutions and components.
Telco:
Strong experience within Telco domain, including Software and Use cases development in one of the following sub-domain RAN (preferable), Core, IP Networking.
Understanding of standardizations, alliances and technology evolution trends including ETSI, 3GPP, IETF, CNCF, TMFORUM
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Good addition:
Certifications in cloud technologies and AI/ML
Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
