AI Software Developer in Test (f/m/d) Full-time

Position Description

As an AI Software Development Engineer in Test (f/m/d), under the leadership of the Test Manager you will be responsible for developing test cases and automated test scripts to maintain the high quality of Cinemo’s solutions and ensure compliance with regulatory, corporate and customer standards/requirements. In this role, you will work in a cross-functional engineering team to understand and implement the scope of the work, use your passion to help maintain our high-quality software and machine learning components with the use of manual and automated testing techniques. This role requires an energetic and motivated individual with strong communication, organization, and technical skills who works well in a fast-paced dynamic environment

In this role, you will:

• Design, develop, and execute test cases, test plans for Machine Learning, Android, iOS, and web applications
• Produce requirements traceability matrices, automation feasibility analysis, time estimations
• Contribute to the definition and refinement of the test strategy and be an advocate for quality practices in your team
• Identify and document ML model accuracies, software defects, track issues and collaborate with the machine learning and development team to resolve them
• Utilize testing frameworks and tools to automate test cases and enhance test coverage
• Suggest procedure improvements and contribute to improving internal tooling and processes

What you will need to succeed:

• Minimum of 5 years ofAI/ML test automation and machine learning frameworksexperience (e.g., Appium, Selenium, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras)
• Very good experience in Machine Learning, including knowledge in the areas of Natural Language Processing and Computer Vision
• Expert-level knowledge in the programming languages (Python, Java, C++)
• Strong experience with Linux operating systems and proficiency with CLI tools and scripting.
• Experience withCI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins) and MLOps tools (e.g. W&B, MLFlow, Airflow)
• Very good written and verbal English communication skills
