AI Regulatory Specialist (Associate to VP) Full-time

Job Description

You will lead a dedicated team in the Risk Management Department, overseeing AI governance, the use of AI in risk areas, and ensuring robust control mechanisms.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI-related policies on a global scale.
• Participate in industry initiatives through membership in an AI Associations
• Leverage AI to enhance and streamline risk management activities
• Formulate risk scenarios by analyzing internal and external cases and monitoring government regulatory trends.
• Conduct regular risk evaluations and measure KRIs based on established risk scenarios.

Required skills

• Due to the dynamic nature of the position, requirements are flexible.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Consulting, Compliance, Policy Management, Cybersecurity, IT, or Risk are welcome to apply.
• Must be able to speak in Fluent/Native English for global stakeholders and Basic Japanese

Preferred skills

• Skills and experience in AI governance, cybersecurity, project management, operational resilience, third-party IT management, IT strategy and governance, and advanced AI-based risk management.
• Experience building a governance framework for global group companies
• Experience responding to management meetings, dealing with authorities, international conferences, etc.
