About the role:

As part of our Flex Team, you’ll contribute to a diverse range of AI projects, including:

• Writing or classifying prompts to refine AI responses.
• Validating multimedia content such as images and videos.
• Speaking with different emotions to train AI communication models.
• Engaging in tasks that demand creativity, precision, and adaptability.

What we’re looking for:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher (mandatory).
• Language skills: Fluent or native Polish skills (C1/C2) and English at a minimum of B2 level.
• Adaptability: Ability to switch between tasks and projects seamlessly.
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for evaluating and improving AI processes.
• Communication Skills: Proficiency in delivering content with varied tones and emotions.
• Teamwork: Willingness to collaborate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
