负责基于Python技术栈的AI应用开发,包括基于生成式和分析式模型的应用开发和实现,以及大模型Prompt提示工程的相关的设计和落地,具备-定的基础设施工程化相关能力和业务开发能力.

设计和开发基于大语言模型的AI应用,包括生成式和分析式模型的相关应用.
开发和优化Prompt提示工程,确保其在实际应用中的有效性.
参与项目的业务需求分析,可以具备-定的独立交付后端的能力.
负责-定的技术设计与开发,具备后端开发和DevOps相关能力.
独立完成基于大语言模型的后端开发场景, 优先前后端均有经验的候选者.

要求:
本科及以上学历,计算机科学,人工智能或相关专业,有自然语言处理和MLOPS/LLMOPS工作经验者优先.
具备-定Langchain研究经验,有相关实践项目经验.
熟练使用Python编程语言,熟悉db-gpt, dify, ragfow, langfow, langchain, Django, Flask, FastAPI, DevOps,Jenkins, K8s等技术.
具备清晰的逻辑思维,良好的沟通和团队协作能力.
有大语言模型项目经验,理解大语言模型应用,熟悉大语言模型API的使用.
熟悉前端和后端开发技能,能够与前后端团队合作,实现产品的完整集成.
具备DevOps基本技能,包括Docker容器化,自动化部署等,以支持产品的开发和部署.
能够接受不定期的出差.
对Java Spring Boot有-定了解.

专业技能:
拥有多年Python编程和AI模型工程化经验.
熟悉目前主流的嵌入模型和大语言模型特性及应用,掌握常见Prompt优化技巧,RAG应用和自定义Agent等高级技巧.
熟练掌握Django,Flask,FastAPI,Streamlit,Dash等Web开发框架.
熟悉Docker,K8S虚拟化容器技术,熟悉Jenkins,JIRA,熟悉常见的CI/CD流程.
熟练掌握MySQL,Oracle,PostgreSQL,Redis,MongoDB等结构化,半结构化数据库的使用.
熟悉Celery,RabbitMQ等消息队列工具.
熟悉Numpy,Pandas,Matplotlib进行数据运算分析及可视化.(加分项)
熟悉Nginx的配置及原理,掌握服务器异常处理及报警处理.
良好的英文读写能力,经常独立研究开源项目.
熟悉TensorFlow,PyTorch进行AI模型开发和工程化**(加分项)**.
可以基于Java Springboot进行业务的开发.
