AI Project Manager – Computer Vision (Japan) Full-time

About the job

Roles/Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for computer vision solutions to solve all kinds of problems on the client side.
• Lead the development and launch of computer vision products in various industry domains.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure product requirements are met.
• Communicate with client to ensure project is on track, and delivered with high quality.
• Identify Project risks, and mitigate them before they become an issue.
• Monitor and analyze product performance and iterate as necessary.

Required skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in AI or computer vision
• Deep knowledge of AI and computer vision technologies
• Proven track record of delivering successful IT products, softwares, or solutions, in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent in Japanese and conversational in English or higher

Preferred skills

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience working with computer vision technologies such as object detection, segmentation, and tracking
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch
• Experience working in a startup environment
