Position:

Why We Hire

To further promote the use of AI in the Commerce & Marketing Company, we are planning to hire a Project Manager to serve as a promoter of AI.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will work directly with stakeholders to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. They will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and will hire new talent as needed to fulfill our mission.

Position Details:

• Manage projects related to AI, and manage schedules, progress, tasks, issues, and risks for each project.
• Coordination and consensus building with multiple stakeholders (executives, users, and tech departments)
• Organize and manage ROI/productivity improvement by using AI
• Contribute to service improvement and development using AI technology
• Provide appropriate reports to decision makers
• Analyze and identify issues and needs based on a deep understanding of business operations and processes
• Knowledge management of AI
• Meeting management

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Strong Leadership skills
• Excellence in Issues and Risk Management
• Decision Making and Problem-Solving skills
• Excellence in Communication skills, capable to minimize communication gap between stakeholders
• Ability to organize business needs and translate them into development requirements
• Japanese language skills (native level reading, writing and speaking)
• English (reading, writing and communication) skills

Desired Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a project manager
• Experience in data and AI project management
• Expertise in data science, machine learning, deep learning, and LLM
• Continuous learning about the latest AI technologies and trends, and a desire for personal growth
• Experience working with multinational team members
• Experience in process improvement and business improvement
