AI Project Manager Full-time

Job Purpose

We are seeking a candidate who is a natural leader with solid experience in project management and Data Services background. We want you to drive strategic initiatives in your team to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

You will be expected to quickly adapt to change, be an excellent communicator, and become a champion in best practices of localization project management. The team you will be joining is strongly focused on providing data services for AI, so we expect you to be interested in new technologies. If you have a deep understanding of data and its critical role in driving AI innovations, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Use all your project management knowledge and skills and creatively apply them to maintain its high standard and to improve its current setup
• Deliver AI Data services projects to client expectations and achieve the optimal profitability of the project(s)
• Closely monitor and control project financials through budgets, invoicing, and change orders
• Plan project, set the workflow, and implement best practices and processes
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients and internal team members
• Act as a people manager towards the colleagues in your team
• Cooperate closely with your direct manager
• Develop and prepare process documents where required
• Conduct risk assessment and strategic planning of activities to minimize potential project issues
• Identify project/process improvement opportunities

Skills & Experience

• Previous solid experience from Project Management and Data Services is a must
• A degree in computer science or a business-related field is an advantage
• Organizational, time management skills
• Creative thinking and ability to think outside of the box when finding a solution
• Superb written and verbal communication skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Analytical and structured problem-solving abilities
• High level of English proficiency (C1 level)
• Responsible, reliable, and independent personality
