Summary:

Join e2f, a leading language technology and data solutions company, as a Program Manager. As a Program Manager, you will oversee and coordinate multiple AI projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.

You will manage a team of project managers and ensure all projects are delivered on time and within scope and budget. This role requires a strategic thinker with a vital data and project management background, capable of driving innovation and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Oversight: Develop and implement strategic project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives, including rapid scale.
• Program Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of AI Project Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients, meeting their needs and expectations.
• Resource Allocation: Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure project teams have the necessary tools and support.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with AI projects, ensuring proactive resolution of issues.
• Innovation and Improvement: Improve project management methodologies and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Reporting: Regularly update senior management on program status, including progress, risks, and issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years experience in project/program management within AI or related fields in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, complex projects and programs.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
• Deep understanding of AI and machine learning technologies.
• Certification in Agile, Scrum, or similar methodologies.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• High level of accountability and a sense of urgency.
• Flexibility to meet business demands, including occasional varied working hours.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with language technology and data solutions.
• Proven track record of driving innovation in project management practices.
