As an AI Product Manager at Mercedes you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI-driven products and services in the automotive industry. You will be responsible for designing and developing our in-car AI products, ensuring their alignment with market demands, customer needs, and company’s strategic goals. This role will require a deep understanding of AI technologies and automotive industry, and strong ability to drive product innovations
Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy: Define AI products strategy aligned with the company’s vision, market trends, and customer requirements.
• Market Research: Continuously monitor the automotive and AI industries to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for product development.
• Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research , development and marketing, to design and develop innovative AI products based on market requirements.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life, including product launch, feature enhancements, and product retirement.
• Other Adhoc tasks on management demand

Qualifikationen Education
Bachelor/Master degree in Computer science, Electronics engineering, Communication Engineering or a similar major
Experience
• Proven experience in product design and management, preferably in the automotive or Internet industry
• Experience in designing and developing large-scale IT systems
• Hands-on project experience with AI-relevant technologies
Competencies
• Strong knowhow in AI technologies and their applications in the automotive industry
• Familar with Large Language Model and its applications
• Proven Software development skills
• Strong multi-tasking capabilities
• Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
