AI Product Manager Full-time

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the launch of an innovative IT product that will set new industry standards. In this role, you will combine your technical expertise and strategic vision to guide the product from concept to market. You will develop a comprehensive product strategy that addresses emerging technologies and clients’ needs, ensuring our new offering exceeds market expectations.

What You Will Do:

• Product Strategy & Leadership: Define and execute a compelling product roadmap aligned with the company’s vision and customer needs.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the development, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product delivery and market fit.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage user feedback, analytics, and market research to refine and optimize product features.
• Innovation & Execution: Identify opportunities for product innovation, lead ideation sessions, and oversee feature development from concept to launch.
• Growth Initiatives: Collaborate on go-to-market strategies, user acquisition campaigns, and long-term business scaling efforts.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent English (C1 level or higher) and fluent Ukrainian;

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in the tech or e-commerce space;
• Experience working with startups and launching products from scratch;
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to grow into a leadership role;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams;
• Data-driven mindset with a track record of making impactful decisions based on analytics and user feedback;
• Strategic thinking with the ability to balance long-term vision and immediate priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with e-commerce platforms like Amazon or Shopify;
• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and their applications in SaaS products;
• Demonstrated success in scaling products or business units.
