AI Product Manager Full-time

What You Will Do:

• Product Strategy & Leadership: Define and execute a compelling product roadmap aligned with the company’s vision and customer needs.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the development, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product delivery and market fit.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage user feedback, analytics, and market research to refine and optimize product features.
• Innovation & Execution: Identify opportunities for product innovation, lead ideation sessions, and oversee feature development from concept to launch.
• Growth Initiatives: Collaborate on go-to-market strategies, user acquisition campaigns, and long-term business scaling efforts.
• Leadership Development: Take on increasing levels of responsibility with a clear path to transitioning into a Co-Founder/CEO role.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in the tech or e-commerce space, ideally with a focus on AI/ML or SaaS solutions.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to grow into a leadership role.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Data-driven mindset with a track record of making impactful decisions based on analytics and user feedback.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to balance long-term vision and immediate priorities.
• Fluent English (C1 level or higher) and fluent Ukrainian.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with e-commerce platforms like Amazon or Shopify.
• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and their applications in SaaS products.
• Demonstrated success in scaling products or business units.
