AI Producer (contract) Full-time

Job Description

MUST RESIDE IN JAPAN!! Lead AI-driven customer support enhancements, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions, while optimizing customer interactions.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to align AI solutions with customer support needs.
• Liaise between customers and technical teams to incorporate feedback into product enhancements.
• Monitor and report on AI technology effectiveness, adjusting strategies for optimal outcomes.
• Implement and enhance AI copilot capabilities for customer support operators.
• Drive improvements in customer interactions using chatbots, NLU, and knowledge management systems.
• Develop and optimize FAQ, IVR, ASR, and TTS technologies.

Required skills

• Fluent in Japanese and English with strong communication skills.
• Proven experience in managing customer relationships and demonstrating the impact of technology on business operations.
• Passionate about LLM and GenAI to enhance customer experiences.

Preferred skills

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or related fields is preferred.
• Strong project management skills in multinational environments.
• Recognized contributions to tech communities or conferences.
