AI-ML Tech Consultant Full-time

Responsibilities

1. Lead the development and implementation of high-performance, secure, and scalable applications.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders across departments (Business, Product, Development) to understand requirements and translate them into technically sound solutions.
3. Design and build scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant AI/ML architectures aligned with business objectives.
4. Good understanding of cloud-based AI/ML platforms and services (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google AI Platform).
5. Experience with various AI/ML techniques, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
6. Hands-on experience with data pipelines, model training, and deployment processes.
7. Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and develop proof-of-concepts for new AI/ML solutions.
8. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends, evaluating and recommending their integration into application development practices.
9. Mentor and guide junior technical staff, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
10. Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
11. Proactively identify and mitigate potential technical risks and challenges.
12. Contribute to the development and documentation of technical standards and best practices.
13. Stay informed about industry best practices and participate in relevant community
