Your Role: AI/ML Engineer – Manufacturing Engineering

• Develop and deploy AI/ML models to analyze manufacturing data, predict equipment failures, and optimize production parameters.
• Collaborate with domain experts to identify areas for AI/ML application and define project objectives and success criteria.
• Design and implement data collection systems to gather structured and unstructured data from manufacturing processes, sensors, and other sources.
• Pre-process and clean data to ensure quality and reliability for model training and validation.
• Train, evaluate, and fine-tune machine learning algorithms for predictive maintenance, quality control, and process optimization.
• Integrate AI/ML solutions into existing manufacturing systems and workflows, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with software developers to implement AI/ML models in production environments and deploy them on cloud or edge platforms.
• Monitor model performance and provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure continued accuracy and effectiveness.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and manufacturing industry trends, and evaluate their potential applicability to our business

YOUR BACKGROUND:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in manufacturing or related industries.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages, with experience using libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization techniques.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred:

• 5-8 years of Experience
