Job Description & Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI and Gen AI Developer to join our team. As an AI and Gen AI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions and technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions that enhance user experiences and drive business growth.

Years of Experience: 3-10 Years

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement AI and Gen AI solutions that meet business requirements and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and develop AI models and algorithms.
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and Gen AI technologies
• Analyze and preprocess data to ensure its quality and suitability for AI model training.
• Train and fine-tune AI models using various machine learning techniques and algorithms.
• Evaluate and optimize AI models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
• Integrate AI solutions into existing systems and applications.
• Collaborate with software engineers and data scientists to deploy AI models in production environments.
• Monitor and maintain deployed AI solutions, ensuring their ongoing performance and reliability.
• Stay informed about ethical considerations and legal requirements related to AI development and deployment.
• Document and communicate AI development processes, methodologies, and results to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in developing AI solutions and applications
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
• Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and services for AI development and deployment (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
• Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and Gen AI technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with generative AI models and techniques
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning algorithms and applications
• Familiarity with big data technologies and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)
• Understanding of ethical considerations and responsible AI practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E.), Technology (B.Tech), or Master in Computer Application (MCA) from a prominent institution.
