Job Responsibilities:

The AI/ML Engineering Lead oversees and leads a team of engineers in developing and deploying advanced machine learning models, ensuring the efficient implementation of AI solutions that drive business objectives. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies, enhance system performance, and innovate within the field of natural language processing and artificial intelligence. This role requires strong technical expertise, strategic vision, and leadership skills to guide the team in delivering high-quality, scalable AI solutions.
MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers in developing scalable machine learning models and AI solutions.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of AI systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into products and services.
• Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software engineering and machine learning.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of AI models, addressing issues and implementing improvements as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to drive innovation within the team.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring successful project execution.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.

REQUIREMENTS

Education

• Bachelors or higher in a relevant field

Experience

• Proficiency in machine learning frameworks and programming languages (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Python).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps tools (e.g., SageMaker, Weights and Biases).

Skills & Knowledge

• Strong understanding of AI/ML algorithms and model deployment.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A solid foundation in software engineering principles and best practices.
