Project Role : AI / ML Engineer
Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.
Must have skills : Natural Language Processing (NLP), Deep Learning
Good to have skills : Machine Learning, Python (Programming Language)
Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : Bachelors in any Engineering Discipline

Summary:
As an AI/ML Engineering Team lead, you will be responsible for guiding, architecting, managing team along with providing technical expertise in developing applications and systems that utilize AI tools and Cloud AI services. Your typical day will involve applying GenAI models as part of the solution, developing deep learning and neural network models, and working with chatbots and image processing.

Roles & Responsibilities:
– Technical solutions and architecting and team management activities.
– Develop and deploy AI models using Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques.
– Design and implement cloud-based AI solutions with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production-ready quality.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into applications and systems.
– Apply GenAI models as part of the solution, including deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
– Must have strong communication skills, ability to interact with stake holders such as domain experts, product sponsors, pre-sales team.
– Must To Have Skills: Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP) and provide solutions to variety of problems.
– Must have end to knowledge of Machine learning lifecycle, development process and best practices.
– Must be aware of SDLC, Agile practices.
– Must be aware of Web Application development technologies and processes.
– Stong Knowledge of At least one of cloud platform Azure/ GCP / AWS and applicable machine learning services.
– Must Have Skills: Machine Learning and Python (Programming Language).
– Experience in developing and deploying AI models.
– Strong understanding of cloud-based AI solutions and production-ready quality.
– Experience with integrating AI models into applications and systems.
– Knowledge of GenAI models, including deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing.

Additional Information:
– The candidate should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP) in leading technical team. Preferred overall experience of 8+ yrs.
– The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, mathematics, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful AI-driven solutions.
– This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
