Project Role : AI / ML Engineer
Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:
As an LLM Architecture, you will develop applications and systems that utilize AI tools and Cloud AI services. You will be responsible for creating a proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production-ready quality. Additionally, you will apply GenAI models as part of the solution, which may include deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing. Your role will contribute to the advancement of AI technology and its applications in various industries.

Roles & Responsibilities:
– Lead the architectural design of AI language model solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
– Oversee the end-to-end development of large language models, from data collection and preprocessing to training, fine-tuning, and deployment.
– Define and drive the technology roadmap for AI and LLM initiatives.
– Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and platforms to enhance AI capabilities.
– Ensure efficient utilization of computational resources and cost management.
– Implement techniques to optimize the performance and efficiency of language models.
– Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams and provide solutions to business area problems.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
– Design, develop, and test software systems, ensuring they meet quality standards and adhere to best practices.
– Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs, ensuring the smooth functioning of software systems.
– Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
– Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
– Should have influencing and Advisory skills.

Professional & Technical Skills:
– Proven experience in designing and implementing AI architectures, particularly with large language models.
– Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks and natural language processing techniques.
– Strong background in cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
– Strong understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and processes.
– Experience in designing and developing scalable and high-performance software systems.
– Deep understanding of neural networks, transformers, and other advanced AI techniques
– Expertise in programming languages such as Java, C Sharp, or Python.

Must have skills:
– Extensive experience with AI and machine learning frameworks
– Deep understanding of large language models
– Strong background in designing and implementing scalable AI architectures.
– Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
– Strong analytical skills to evaluate and optimize AI models
